It seems that you are a "rat" or a "snitch" as well, not only a BilgeRat, and don't overestimate yourself, it doesn't worth the effort, you are not so important as you might think you are. A gun won't help, but rat pest control is something might worth to be taken into consideration.

Your welcome general.

The one thing im most pleased with so far is the TAI not comressing the distance info, that drove me nuts when conducting an attack. AS the only way to be able to see the enemy ship's icon well was to have the TAI maximized. And that of course took up nearly the entire screen not allowing you to see anything in the scope.

Something else though that I'd love to see changed is the size of the dialog boxes, they certainly dont need to be that big, nor do they need to be centered on screen.
In fact they only need be about the size of the text box in the lower right corner, and down in the corner instead of taking up half the screen. Especially the WO dialog in the scope view. By the time you pull up the recgontion manual you cant see anything in the scope nearly.

I have a Core2Duo processor and there is no improvement in framerates in the the Command room or Sub Penn. Also the Sonar station still does not work as it should. The A.I. is much improved though :DL

Luckily that' s fixed in theDarkWraith's Multiple UI mod however certain key things like that must also be fixed by Ubi in particular the stadimeter which is a real game breaker although DarkWraith also a a temp fix for that too (that guy is the saviour of SH5).

Hey Gunnodayak, I see you found a way to ooze back into the forum from your hole. I will let the mods know you are here.

Oh really? The AI still seems to be broken to me. Planes just complely ignore me. Havent had an incounter with a DD yet. But i,m hearing that there is no improvment there either.

Did you try to change Strategies in Airplane.aix and so on...?

TopCat 05-12-10 12:23 PM

I don't know if this was already reported. Radar has the same bug as in SH3 first version (was fixed in a later patch): It only detects targets that are straight ahead of your boat (+/- 10 or 20 degrees). If the target bearing is beyond this range, the contact won't show up on the radar screen, no matter how your antenna is directing to.

This (among a lot of other things) tells a lot about the work of these "devs". :damn:
