the additional room belongs to TMO and is all
Ducimus' work.
it only shows up when TMO is installed.

More like a hack job. For someone with no 3D modeling skills, it half bad. I dare say, creative even. But.. it's a hack job none the less, i admit that willingly. Did the best i could with what skills and resources i have.

I thought there should be a separate BALAO class interior with a 600' gauge keeping the 450' gauge for the TAMBOR, GAR, & GATO, classes. However since then I have seen RW pics of a BALAO with a 450' gauge and others with a 600' gauge - also vice-versa with the GATO and a 600' depth gauge.

Not much is standard on fleet boats, is it? The more one reads up, the more one sees various non standard modifcations introduced on the part of the skipper, crew, or dock yard workers themselves.

edit:

BTW, vickers03,

How's the S boat interior coming? I figure it's quite noticable i put very little previous effort into it. So i imagine thats slowing you down. When working on interiors, i always started with the Gato and worked my way down. By the time i got to the S boat, i ran outta gas.

sclass is slowly coming together with some added
instruments and details like the peri chain,

That's pretty slick! :yeah: Heck i might have to go back and spruce up the sugar boats a little more to match that detail. :salute:

That's great. For some reason I like the S-class most of the US boats.

Never tried one but it's on my list of things to do.

Just played around in a Porpoise for a bit. The interior is excellent. I noticed it was quite a bit different than my Sargo (and a bit more stylish I might add.)

So far very impressed with these. Keep up the great work Vickers!

That is super Vickers! I love what you have done with the other boats. I can not play without the new interiors.

these interiors are indeed one of the neatest things to come along for sh4!
bravo!!

cheers

Very good, considering the lack of references for S class interior shots as compared to the fleet subs.

It looks really good, looking forward to this :)

Sugar boats

how far ahead are you on the Sboats interior

cycle 2 I have been asigned a S boat in the Rabaul approaches prior to Coral Sea and would love to take a super detailed sub to patrol in.

S boat gages read backwards

on my TMO install, the gages on the aft right side (3 gages) of the aux ballast tank have the text inverted and on the front of the conning, the middle display (speed) has no needle to show the speed
