That Ramsay guy is a dick. Nothing more.
He puts others down for entertainment. That's as low as it gets. Reminds me of a German musician/producer we have, Dieter Bohlen, who does the same.

I always had a feeling that Ramsay is an ass because he needed someone that can hanlde the pressure of runing akitchen of a large restaurant and if you can't stand a middle aged pompous ass yelling at you you shouldn't run anything large than a kebab stand.
Drama is then quadrupled by the show producers.
Watch the UK kitchen nightmares, he's a lot more constructive and yells less. He even likes the food sometime.
