Argentina 'up' their game with a 4-1 thrashing of South Korea.

I just hope that Greece will manage to score a goal this time.:88)

EDIT: Greece-Nigeria: 0-1 (16')

France-Mexico: 0-2 (scorers are, Hernandez and Blanco)

It is so quiet here in Lyon...

Skybird 06-18-10 03:56 AM

150 more minutes, and Germany and Serbia will go for it. Serbia should be expected to set up a much tougher fight. This match will show if Germany's 4:0 from the weekend has any meaning, or was just a fleeting star.

Lunch for today: Serbain bean soup.

Later on: England : Algeria 2:0, USA : Slovenia 1:0

Yep, went out with the boys last night to watch the game and had £10 on a Mexico win @11/4

Hardly makes me a gambler though, considering my last bet was £20 on Brazil to win the PREVIOUS World Cup tournament outright

Not discounting the HUGE slice of luck/English misfortune in helping you predict the England v USA result I hope your latest prediction is correct.

My own would be England 2-0 and USA a score draw.

Good luck to both our teams Dan

Not the best of starts....1-0 down with ten men and 50 minutes have gone :o

Rob Green has trained all morning and in 3 hours he had 4,000 shots fired at him and did not concede a single goal.

This afternoon, he and Heskey will train with the rest of the squad :haha:
