Why would IL2 be being updated, new updates havent been released in along time...:hmmm: (Id get it from ubi soft. you can just redownload it off you account if you loose your install... myself I just keep it on my HD.)

4.09 is still a beta, and the final version has been promised "when it's done". I'd say that's more like "if it's done", but the latest word is they're going to push it out at some point.

It's not the fact that there might be an upgrade, it's just that Steam's auto-updater likes to mess things up...
