You'd have to ask someone who knows about that then.:O: I will. My borther and his family are down from Brisbane which will be the first Xmas in a few years where we've all been together.

I can't imagine Christmas without at least some snow and freezing my tail off.
14F this morning, 4" of snow on the deck and more coming down. (I guess if it was going up there would be a large problem. )

Funny you should say that but young Buna is sleeping here on Xmas Eve so it will be the first time in many a year that all the family will have a whole Xmas Day together :sunny:

5-6 degrees plus, outside the door, it will not be a white Christmas, just as well. :)

I've only seen one white xmas in my life. Melbourne Australia in 2006 it very lightly hailed for a few hours before sunrise and the ice didn't melt till nearly lunch time. Top temperature that day was 10C. A very unusual summer day.

Well that's what happens when Christmas comes in the middle of summer! :O:

I don't remember ever seeing snow until I moved to Utah in 1971. Since then it's a rare Christmas that isn't white. :sunny:

I only ever saw one green Christmas in my life. 1973 Boca Raton, Florida.

It hit a balmy 65 degrees F/ 17 C today in the mountains of N. E. Pennsylvania:huh: All of the snow from the cold snap is now gone with the rain.

swamprat69er 12-22-13 05:45 PM

Time to go surfing with the Great Whites?

Topped 68 today in my back yard. I even saw a Wooley Bear caterpillar crawling along the grass. Considering everything was frozen solid under 8 inches of snow that's quite remarkable.

Won't last though. We'll have a below freezing Christmas if not a white one. :yep:
