it has to be demineralized or deionized water or to say it has to be absolutely clean.

ordinary water we have in our water tap is not a good insulator.

It could be training, but I don't think the old guy wearing his golf course best is an instructor. I have been on calls that we have had all our personal protective equipment on and a bystander walks into the area. :hmmm:
