Bernard tries to get chummy with the Chief

"Go, ahead, Chief, kiss it....you know you want to....it's OK, you'll feel better."

Bernard's last moment on earth

Bernard had no idea, as the sniper drew a bead on him with a laser-guided scope, that the last thing to go through his mind was a projectile from a British Enfield.

In spite of the Super-Coil Anti-Sniper and Sock-Drier device he had implanted when they were in dry dock, the sniper still was able to draw a bead on the unsuspecting Bernard.

A bullet could penatrate a skull that thick???

Wouldn't be surprised if it would; the problem is getting it out. We hypothesize that Bernard's head is 3% brain matter and 96% void of damned stupidity and 1% of something we don't know of...

Which explains why he can't be killed: his head is a non-critical target!:rotfl:

"A-A-A-AAAAALLLLLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRMM!!!!!!!! BERNARD IN DA BOOT!!!!!!!"
"SCHEISSE!!!! WE ARE ALL ZE DOOMED!!!! ABANDON DA BOOT, WE'RE GOING ZO DIE!!!!"

(I had to paint the text with red cuz otherwise it was hard to see)

I have been reading this thread for a while so I know who Bernard is, unfortunaly.
(This is second time when I get Bernard on my crew)

woo, first post

I see that he is a gunner and a medic. Now, when he shoots himself in the foot (happens at least once a mission) he can treat himself as well.

He was in the galley on our boat where he seved up his seafood specialty: "Salmon Ella". (Had to clear the supplies out of the second head due to demand)

Good luck with him, mate. You and your crew will be in my prayers.

First patrol went better than expected, we didnt see any ships at sea (maybe because Bernard was in watchtower)
I had to give a medal to the Bernard, just for not killing us all.

Although I just have to mention that when we leaved the port Bernard almost rammed other U-boat, wich avoided us only to end up stuck on the beach.

.... I don't see any errors on my post..?

Anyway, Bernard's birthday was today, we tried to prevent him from getting that information, but soon he remembered that by himself.

...And started shooting flares, because he though those were fireworks.
Near a friggin' convoy.
