Man, that picture is basically a "stupidity indicator" wth does anyone need with that much TP? That is a 5 year supply!

That is precisely how they were stopped in my town.....rationing to two or three of the same item. Heck just this Wednesday I went to a local supermarket and was limited to a single case of beer so off I went to another two miles away and was able to pick three more up.

That is correct.

If people adhere to the limits set by each store they visit then so be it because there are plentiful stock levels now on the shelves.

Ah, OK. So, hording is bad when other people do it.

We're all supposed to be on the same team. :yep:

Is it hoarding when you need three cases of beer a week :hmmm:
:O:

Ha! The wife was standing next to me when you last posted and I said "Here's the bait, let's take a nibble" :)

FYI historically for many years now and if you take the time and effort to search this forum you will see I have often stated I have what some on here refer to as my 'beer emporium' which is often stocked with in excess of thirty cases of beer and multiple bottles of dark rum.

Now I'm retired and no longer expected to run toward the danger I intend to live as comfortable a retirement as possible so choose the odd tipple as opposed to gambling or smoking.

If the above quantities are classed as hoarding even years prior to any pandemic scare then so be it.

What I am opposed to are those who fill their shopping trolleys up with excessive numbers of the same item an example being what I posted earlier.

Take up to the limits set out by the supermarket and that is fair because there is enough for everyone.

What I have witnessed is people making multiple trips to the car park unloading their trolley then going straight back into the supermarket....that I firmly can't condone.

Take your allowance and if you want more, go to another supermarket and queue for their allowance.

No problem and no apology needed but for the record....I have never taken the last of the cases off the shelf and stocks are genuinely plentiful.
