Unable to set course or manually raise/lower attack scope
 

I just installed your mod list.

I can't set a course on the navigation map - there is no tool with that name, and the blue pencil (which turns red when in use) does nothing.

I can't raise or lower the attack scope when in periscope view. The scope sound plays when I hit the Insert/Delete keys, but the scope itself doesn't budge.

Do you know what might be going on?

No, because I figured out what was wrong. I thought I was using the attack scope, when instead I was using the observation scope (which I raised by clicking on it in the command room.) That would explain why I got the raise/lower sound, but no movement - I was moving the attack scope the whole time! :oops:

As to being unable to set a course, I found a mention of that problem here: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...postcount=1401

All I had to do was enable the course tool in SH5Schiffe, and voila, I can now actually plot a course. :woot:

I want to find a mod just like pedrobas MMM which was easy to install, i find modding this game really discouraging and overwhelming.

I am also new to site and dont know my way around. where can i download the schleichtfarht mod and the rest that go with it mentioned on the front page.

Do you follow all the same processes as Sober when prepping the game? Such as deleting C ++ 2008 and so on.
