Cool, you're right.
He was the founder of dynasty which ruled Russia up until 17th century.
The last guy from the dynasty was Ivan Vasilievich IV.
They were called Rjurikovichy.

I've heard that in some circles in Russia there is still a respect of the Vikings who came there. There are even folks building viking ships and sailing on the Volga or some other river etc.

Of cause, it's not fool-proof, and of cause you might guess a correct multiple-choice
BY CHANCE if you ether don't know language or nation's history.

Yet it shows the tendency in people preferences in terms of their leaders.

The Russians are descended from a Viking tribe as far as I remember. The Rus Vikings had settlements there, hence the name, Russia.

It shows the tendencies of the people who have computers, take the time to vote and those who vote the most. The way it is set up, it has no statistical meaning.
