Uploading this for preservation. I honestly forget who gave me the environmental part of this mod long ago, possibly Armistead. If I somehow overlooked, please let me know. This mod is key making historical night surface attacks possible in SH 4, along with modifications with visual sensors. See README for full detail. I also included my write up from TMO Update on night surface attacks in SH 4.
