Description
This mod will totally transform SH4 into a 3D environment, hopefully it will increase and spark your interest in this old simulation, which in my mind is still a great simulation. I'm thankful that the creators made it modifiable, so we all can make it even better than what was originally released. I have included a readme and several snapshots in the folder.
