Milk Cows... how do they work?

I've never docked at one, so i don't know what happens.

Does it end your patrol? Can you resume your same mission after docking with it.. or does it create a new patrol?

I'm on the way to my patrol grid.. but i could probably top of some fuel and some more torps that i wasted. If i hit a milk cow first.. will i not complete my mission?

I just don't want to waste the time of going all the way to the milk cow first if it's going to pork my current mission. I'd rather just go to my patrol grid.

Yes you mission will ended, you as captain will have medals, and reowns, but you cant give ya crew medals and commendation...
your next patrol grid will be NULL(so you cant get reowns) on that one either...
thats the bad thing...

the good thing is. your ship will be fully arms, torps/ammo the whole nine yard..
new mission, new adventure....

after your mission, wich port will be(see orders), you will get medals, promotion,reowns for sunked ships(not for partol remember)... and you can give ya crew medals or commendation...

I did it ones, but i will never use milkcows unless i have missions from Lorient to US and back...

i will never use milkcows from Lorient to Cape Town or in that area, and heading back...
Because Frence is just around the corner from Spain or Portugal.


It's bad why the mission will be ended, it would be nice, that you can use a milkcow ones, and keep the tonnages and sunked ships(you already check that patrol grid ones).. and when you get home, there will be more medals/commendation waiting for the crew and an promotion for you...

but he, i am not a game-programmer.. i am just a gamer :D

BTW, how it works?

As you can see on the map zoomed in in spain or in portugal, you can surface the boat and enter it to the blue ship(german cargo ship), just park beside the german ship and hit "ESC" button and click at "dock at.. the name of the german merchant ship"..
