Doesn't surprise me since America has this bit of a moat to deal with. The British moat is slightly smaller. Also, British people lack the ability to shoot back for the most part.

The only problem here is that Europe is much closer to the critical hotspots in the ME than Amercia - which sits on the other side of the planet, safely guarded from two oceans on both sides.
Also geography tends to influence mentality.

Is that why we have such more humane thought processes than Europe? Makes complete sense now. This must be why we have avoided Europe's Political Correct BS for so long. Crap, if we were connected to Germany, the world would already be over by now since we would stoop to their PC level. Damn good thing this world has got that ocean!

Only problem with that is the bad guys figured out a few years ago they could waltz accross our porous southern border with impunity. Hamas and Hezbollah already have people here no doubt...and now that *******stain Chavez is helping them, so we can expect some real fun and games at some point.

Good point. Illegal aliens is a major cause of problems in the US. I saw on TV the other day how they claim to help the economy. Quite the opposite is actually true. Colorado issued a report recently and its total annual cost to support illegal aliens in a given year has risen to over $1 billion and is still rising.
California is a dying state because of them. California has completely lost its middle class and now boasts both the richest and the poorest people in our nation. The funny thing is that some Californians were complaining about how could California let all these people continue to live in such poverty? This was all fine and dandy until Lou Dobbs comes online on his program and points out that the communities they were pointing out were all communities made of of nothing else but illegal aliens. Nice.
Thanks Lou for pointing out the obvious.

What's new?
It's not so much the size of Britains moat but for the fact that we seem to have forgotten how to lift up the drawbridge.... :damn:
Don't forget the Euro Tunnel. :hmm:

The question is, what are European governments going to do? If they didn't know they were a target B4 they should know now! How are you going to protect yourselves?
The question is, what are European governments going to do?
The EU? Oh...the usual:

So they will let some other government make the decision for them (read US).
Gutless fools.

Get the Double-Axe! Quick, while it's vulnerable! :arrgh!:
The US will pressure the UK, the UK will pressure the EU, the EU will bicker amongst itself with the different countries with different agendas, and this time next year they'll still be debating it.
That's the EU government for you, abandon hope all ye who enter there.
Let's just launch every nuke the world has and get it over with.
Whoever is left, wins.
Sounds like a plan, at least global warming won't be an issue any more, the climate'll be totally ****ed anyway. No more over-population issues, no more people...no more poverty, debt, famine...well, none of the first two anyway.
Yup, let's launch! Hell, someone's gonna do it sooner or later!
