This is a strange and creepy one.

I have never heard of such strange events as this one.

I just finished watching a programme about this mystery and they concluded the smell of mink caused the dogs to jump to there deaths, very strange I'm not too sure about that one.

I certainly will not be taking my hound up there-until he craps on the carpet again.

Last sentence:

The most likely explanation now seems to be the scent of mink coming up from below the bridge in combination with the solid walls of the bridge.

There you have it! Folks at home, try placing some mink scent outside your highrise apartment window and see how your pet dog reacts. :hmm:

How about using a leash? The Dog will just hang there and you can pull him back up.

after he chokes to death? I'd just drop it then....J/K!

No kidding. That's actually a serious problem. People using neck leashes.

Anyway, if there are so many cases of dogs jumping off, and this is known, and hopefully there is a warning sign on the bridge by now (somebody must've thought of this?), the owners should be forced to jump right after their dogs if they continue to let them fall.

Silly, dogs can't read! :nope:
