View Full Version : Don't They Know All 14 Year Old Girls are Innocent?

Goes to show that gun control, controls nothing. If the bad guys want to get their hands on a firearm, they will. This one got caught, but how many didn't.

All gun control has brought is this: the people who want to own a gun can't because "it will prevent crooks from getting them." There's only one problem with that. Crooks steal. they don't wait in line to get a gun, they just take it from the place that looks best. A recent study in canada found that when gun control was put in place, only 1 crime was ever committed by someone who bought a gun. The rest were stolen. With all of these stolen, and people wanting to get guns out of the rightful owners hands, this will leave now non-gun owners open to crooks who do have a gun. People who own guns usually have the "shoot the guy who breaks into my window at 2 A.M., and ask questions later." Gun control has brought nothing but truble for the average citizen, plus it violates the second amendment fo the US constitution: "A well regulated militia, being nessecary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."
So, gun-control is NOT leagal in America, no matter what kind or form, and that it violates our second amendment. That means that NO cop, agent, or officer can ever come in and take weapons from the hands of civilians. Not to mention that its probably a death sentence for the person tring to break into a gun-owner's home. Anyone in the U.S. who comes to my door saying I have to give up my weapons will get the birdy and a door slam in the face. Try any harder and you (95% likely) will get shot. Anyone who tries to change this (which you can't legally) is in many minds are violating our rights: Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness...: And we, as the people, have the right to, if we see that the government is becoming destructive to these ends, Force an overthrow of the current government and pick one of our liking. Plus its also a violation of Amendment IV: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

I'm with you ASW. But you know as well as me that those great documents are being sidestepped every day by lawyers who think those plain rules are open to interpretation, and that the Founders couldn't have foreseen the future. Well I believe the Founding Fathers were lightyears ahead of their time, and are light years ahead of most in this time.
I don't see how someone can say that those rules are open to interpretation when they plainly state how and what is to be done and by whom. And both Dems and Reps do just the opposite.
I hope the next election will give us an American to vote for, as I've tired of the status quo.

I know. I don't see how you can interpret something put out that clearly. Who the ******* do these lawyers think they are?
Heck, I don't think there are anymore "true" American politicians anymore. All run just so they can get in office and make big $$$. What ever happened to the moderen versions of our forefathers? This country is being run by beuracrats that don't give a damn about the country, just whatever makes the cash go in the pocket. Then they try and misinterpret the Constatution and the Bill of Rights to make to their own paticular liking. No politician really gives a damn about our country anymore. Makes me sick just thinking about it. If it continues like this, before long, there wont be a country anymore. Its being torn apart from the inside by Lawyers, Pervs, Theives, and Liars. Back in the early days, the beginning presidents had an approval rating of 70%+. Now 40% is considered high! WTF? everything now is money, power, and money! "Who gives a crap about this country? I'm just a thieving lawyer who tries to change our founding words to my liking, and i can because i graduated with a bach-a-ler (poor spelling) in political science, which is taught by ex-lawyers and thieves."
Jesus this makes me so freakin mad! Time for a change to the good side, for once.

Ah, the top one American fetish covered in a new old threat again - clubs, sticks and the like. How many threads we had on comparing incidents including firearms with the spreading of firearms in a given country? Stopped counting over the last five years.
What I said about society's failure towards our children in the other thread, is illustrated again in this story. I wonder what has gone wrong in this girls life that so far she ended up in that kind of company (mnot much older than her) and selling automatic weapons at the age of 14 years.
On the other hand in africa children of that age, and younger, not only carry arms, they actually use them in wars, and kill. Seen that way, this girl is no big story, isn't it?

you appear to have a problem with reading comprhension, let me make it easier for you.
The Facts:
1. The "little girl" commited a crime.
2. The Secret Service investigated the crime.
3. All they did was question her for 15 minutes.
4. She wasn't imprisoned or even taken to jail, she could have been.
5. She wasn't even charged, she could have been.
6. She wasn't punished, she could have been.
7. Nobody said she should be hanged. Show me where this was said?
If this event had taken place in other parts of the world, she may possibly have been imprisoned, tortured, hanged, or worse yet forced to read your dribble. Freedom of the press allows you to express your opinions. It does not allow you to threaten anyone's life.
Americans support the fact that the Secret Service investigates ALL threats on the presidents life. That is the job they do, every day.

1- It is rare to me, to get involved in a General Topics thread.
But the main title got my attention.
2- The point of views expressed in that thread were (IMHO) scandalous.
Adult people wanting unleash the goverment power over an adolescent (everyone with a few neurons working knows how a non finished puber thinks).
3- And the center point is, let's call the following, a wondering: "fear drives good people to make evil actions"
4- "To bash America"... I think Americans are outside their border preaching to everyone, but they got outraged when a simple fellow tries to preach them.
....They call this "anti american stuff". :-j:-j:-j

Sending 2 agents to question someone who committed a crime is hardly "unleashing government power".
Did you read the article in this thread? A "non finished puber" was selling automatic weapons. She's in jail. Aren't you upset the UK government "unleashed power" on her?
This is exactly why every threat is investigated in the US. You don't know who you are dealing with until you check. She could be an innocent schoolgirl with freckles and braces, or should could be an arms dealer selling automatic weapons.

G-D – n. English (GEE-DASH-DEE) Another way to write the name of God. This form is often used by traditional Jews, in keeping with Jewish law, to avoid writing G-d's name on paper or something else of a temporary nature that might be thrown away or erased. Some people consider it unnecessary to use a hyphen in the word "G-d" because this is simply another name for the Tetragrammaton-the letters yud, hay, vav, hay – which is the name of G-d.

I would like to ask you people; what is all this fascination that you have with guns (alias: instruments of dead).
Well, from an NRA member......
Why do people have such an obsession with a round oval-shaped object called a Football? Or games like Rugby and Basketball or American Football or a round flat slab that is slapped around on a deck of ice to be caught inside a net?
What motivates people to do these things?
Testosterone? A "feeling of power"
Oh it feels so good to slam that basketball through that hoop, it makes me feel POWERFUL.
One could also ask why Rommel was fascinated with engines. Who cares (other than rommel that is)?
Do you realize how silly that accusation sounds? Now apply it to firearms, what fascinates us so mucha bout them?
I can't speak for the X million gun owners out there, but I can tell you why I like them:
1. I'm a pyromaniac, I like fire. Firearms involve fire.....so do tanks of propane and incendiary rounds.
2. It'd fun to blow up stuff
3. It's challenging, about 2 years back when I had the money to buy ammo, I could consistently hit soda cans at 400 meters with a .30-06, out of the box Remington 710.
4. I like to compete in Combat Pistol, NRA match, Intermedite (300-600 Meters) and LONG distance shooting (up to 1600 meters or, a full mile).
5. I have proven myself to be a capable shooter and am looking forward to possibly make it into the Camp Perry championships.
Now I'll tell you why I have them:
1. Firearms are fun (when used in a RESPONSIBLE manner).
2. I own them for their collectible value (firearms are one of the few things I know of that go UP in value over time).
3. I own them because they're interesting to examine and compare the different designs (how Browning ever got any of his ideas off the ground is beyond me, and the blueprints for the A5 had to have come from the devil himself).
4. I own some, not all, but some of my firearms for self-defense. And I don't like being bothered by raving lunatics in the odd hours of the morning (not to mention that LEOs' do NOT have the obligation to protect me, http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/1431987/posts)
5. History has shown that the disarmed are victims of the state. http://www.jpfo.org/deathchart.htm
Btw, I don't remember who said there was 220,000 guns in the U.S; you shortchanged us by around 65 million and counting.
lets not pretend that this girl and her buddies are finding the ownership of weapons attractive for any other reason than some dumb ass psychos with record contracts have completely monopolised black youth culture in this country...YO....etc
which is why in actual fact they have become the modern equivilent of "Uncle Tom's"...slaves to the drugs and violence and gangsta image portayed in those blatanty psychotic tunes they are so inspired by..if it wasn't so dangerous and well yes you can't avoid the fact these kids are full blown pschotics it would just be sad that they cannot see beyond the hype and realise they have just been sold yet another lie

I can tell you where to get free ammo, free targets, and you can fire many different types of new weapons and toys, and get paid to blow stuff up.

I have a small itty bitty problem with Uncle Sam:
Uncle Sam wants money that I don't owe him. So until that issue is resolved I can't even consider joining up for all those toys...... .
Although I did try to join the Nat. Guard a couple years back I ended up not signing the line cuz this issue popped up around that time.

If Uncle Sam says you owe money you are going to have to pay it regardless. Unless you like prison life and not dropping the soap?:rotfl:

I'm not paying it.
Simple as that.
Short story goes like this: Dad gets SSI benefits because of his disability, he also got two more checks for me and my sister.
Now 13 years AFTER the fact that my dad has been getting SSI benefits, Uncle Sam says that he's been getting those benefits in error and must repay them. Sis and I (both minors at the time of benefit reception) must also pay back said benefits. My sister is only 15 now and Uncle Sam wants her to cough up $26,000, I'm in the same position and Uncle Sam wants me to cough up some $37,000. Dad has to cough up $110,000.
13 years is a long time to continue giving out benefits without telling us that we're not supposed to be getting them because daddy wanted to support himself and his family by working and getting a job. (Or that's a REALLY long time for one of those SSA workers to put off doing a file).
Sound fair to you? (:nope: ) And if it comes down to prison, then it's an injust sentence being enforced. Ontop of that I'm pretty much at the point where I'm about to refuse to recognise the authority of the courts, seeing as the judicial system cares nothing for truth and justice but of who can afford the best actor for their case (that exact phrase is what Law-students are taught in their first year in Law-school).
