some sound voices disappeared

I've a problem with voices. I never don't hear some sounds like :

- SoM_S_Depth_charges_in_the_water_sir
- SoM_S_Destroyer_in_attack_run

And others :cry:

They are presents in the speech folders 1 to 9 but I don't hear them :hmm: . There are no sounds and no subtitles.

It's very strange. Anybody know this problem ?

I play with SH3 1.4 and NYGM2.2 only. I don't use SH3cdr.

Yes ive had this problem too:o .
I think its something to do with time compression if you use it alot i have found this works for me is to pause the game for a few seconds and the sounds well returns for me:p

But when the voices disappear, Can you read the subtitles or they also disappear ?

I don't know if your problem is the same. In my configuration, some voices and subtitles never appear.

I've most of the voices. Only some voices and their subtitles are missing

Same problem here. I've heard the sonarman warning about depth charges in the water and destroyer in attack run on only a few occasions. Maybe the sonarman can distinguish between the different sounds if he is more experienced/efficient? Or equipped with an upgraded hydrophone? Perhaps someone with knowledge of the inner workings of the game can shed some light on this.

For awhile I couldn't hear my torpedo doors open but after awhile I could hear them again so maybe time is all that you need.

I've just made a new intallation on another computer and I've the same result. Without mods, only patch 1.4.

I've tried in english and in deutsch, in the naval academy mission torpedoes. No voices and no subtitles for "depth charges in the water" or "destroyer in attack" ... Never

But what's the problem ? I don't understand :hmm:
