A country divided: (this expression can't be throw to the wind: the electorate is divided between one third that is Anti-Lula, one third that is Pro-Lula and a third mobile/undecided body)

EDIT to clean this up.

Red - Lula 48.60% or 46.582.904 votes
Blue - Alckmin 41.64% or 39.912.958 votes

Re-run in 40 days as the sum of Lula's adversaries is 51.41%

This red state to the South is not blue by a difference of 4,11% or 772,245 votes.
