You all probably have heared of the story of Natasha Kampush, the young girl in Austria that escaped it's kidnapper after an 8-year martyrdom and impressed people around the globe by her sympathetic appeareance and charisma in her first and only TV appearance.

A Spanish TV team obviously was stalking on her since several days, and finally confronted her when she and her father were in the city, aggressively demanding an interview. The father started a fight to enable friends to bring his daughter to security and escape the Spanish aggressors. The police has reported both the father and the cameraman, who unfortunately only received minor injuries, to court ("Anzeige erstatten").

I personally rate behavior like it seem to have been shown by these TV bastards in special, and paparazzis in general, as a full scale attack against human beings. My tolerance level for paparazzis is close to zero. they are less worth than tics.

They shouldn't accuse the father, but award him a medal for civil courage. Paparazzis are a pleague for those they have set their sigths on, and the impertinent demands of the yellowpress to give up private sphere and ignore private needs were perfectly answered by this man. What is so difficult in understanding this single word of two letters only: "NO" ?

Next time brake some bones, man!

The father will get off I'm sure. No judge is going to screw him for doing what he did.

Tic tacs? Yeah, those suck. Pez are totally more awesome.

I hate the paparazzi, too. The attention-whore celebrities (and politicians) deserve them, but then there are people who do not enjoy the attention when it is thrust upon them.

I want to see them demanding an interview from a Sting Ray.

If I was famous and had to deal with that stuff I could completely see punching a camera man or two. Some of those guys just have no class.

Hm, tic? tick? I mean: "Zecke", these tiny little cute creature that hang on you for days, bite you and get a swollen belly while sucking your blood.

Tic Tac is a peppermint candy in Germany.

It reminds of the famous Italian skier Alberto Tomba, who sidekicked a paparazzi on the floor for being to pushy. Good for them!

I convinced my wife a few years back to not purchase magazines containing images from paparazzi. I hate them so much. :x

Alberto Tomba is the man. Did anyone see his horrendous crash in '98 at Nagano?
