Missing Harbours on Navmap

I started an New career, I was just messing on the Navmap
and normally when you zoom in a little you can see the Harbour plan.
but by scapa I only see the Dot with the red text above it no matter how much I zoom in , it stays an dot.

at some harbours I can see them , and some I dont

Depends on which mod you use really, I believe enemy harbors are only dots, but not too sure because I'm still to chicken to try out many! :)

Not every where has a harbour added
The scapa one doesnt have a silhouette so doesnt show - in GW anyway - well till now :yep:
