I subscribe to the Proceedings magazine published by the USNI.I have just been sent my renewal notice and it has increased by 66% to $99.That is a lot of money for 12 magazines.Does anyone know where I can read it on-line,or get it cheaper?

when you log in to the USNI some of the papaer of the proceddings are on line (not all); I am like you $99 for oversea is a bit expensive but you have your new card with a beautifull photo by MC Albury:lol:
