How do you effectively switch torpedoes ?

Hi,

I would like to know how to switch torpedoes from your tubes to those inside the sub. Everytime I drag and drop one in the tubes to one in the interior reserves it's always the same type of torp that gets reloaded. My problem is that I fire all my tubes off and they all hit the same target. What I want to do is switch the acoustics for T1 or T3s.

From what I've found, once a tube is loaded that's it until you fire it. If you can get to the WO screen where you see them load fast enough, you can pick the next one to load. but you have to be very quick.... I've only done it successfully once. I always put TIIs in 1 and 3, and TIs in 2 and 4. One of each in 5 and 6. Ltr in the war you'll get TIIIs with a 5km range. I use them in place of the TIIs to hit targets from a safer distance. TI's set to fast work best for getting rid of warships chasing you. They ususally can't evade them especially if the warship is making a beeline stratight for you. ;)

I always go to the Torpedo screen before I start a patrol and select the ones I wish to use before going out on a patrol, as I can place them where I want in the order I want. Just click on a tube or reserve then double click in the list the one you want to replace it with. A window will open and then click "Ok". Or you can drag the ones already loaded to where you want them.

If you want to pick which torpedo gets put in which tube, click off auto reloading. You will then have to drag and drop the torpedo you want into the tube you want it in. No more will the crew reload the torpedos without you telling them which torpedo you want in which tube.
