mid patrol tc change

Ahoy everone:D can anyone tell me if Ican change tc using SHcom. after using save exit during mid patrol. also I'm also using GW1.1a Thanks in advance for any help..

Umm... maybe somebody else can, but I have no idea what you just said.:-?

It's usually best to not change things during a patrol. I suppose you could roll back SH3, then make the changes, but again I'm not sure you should risk it with a current saved game. Best to maybe wait till your patrol is over, or just ESC / Return to Base, then make the changes for next patrol?

My advice would be to leave well alone until you return to base and even then perform a rollback with SH3 Commander first :yep:

Are you wanting to increase time compression ratio higher than 1024?

Remember the higher the number, the slower you will detect the enemy which raises your chances of being detected and killed. I know it takes longer to get to where you are going but it's definitely safer to keep your tc down, especially as you get later into the war.

Plus you need really good hardware to handle the highest settings.

Also I keep mine on 256. I grab an book...and read while i,m one patrol...:smug:
