Mouse wheel doesn't have any effect. I use Logitech Tracman mouse. Is it possible to add a keyboard shortcut to zoom out?

On my Attack Map, pressing the up and down arrows zooms the map in and out.

Has anybody used 'setkeys' to add zoom out command?
