The Flags are missing

Not releated to the "Where are the flags" thread.
In the game, the neutral ship's in the convoy's have no flag, i.e., the flags are missing. Any of You have notice this in your missions? I don't know if is some conflit with any or one of my mod's, because the flags of every ship in the convoy's were there.
It's not a big deal because the english and then american,when the times comes, ships have flag, so I can shoot them etc.
Any ideas to help me.
PS: if this thread sould be in the mod's section, I'm sorry for posting here.

I am using an unmoded version patched to 1.4b. All of my neutrals have flags. I have never heard of missing neutrals before.

No, because it was one of my lastest mod I put. The problem was already around much time ago. I only post now. Trying to solve with the Nationality mod, but not very confident.

Yes Takeda, before this, all the ship's bared flags, simple don't know what happend-bad luck maybe.
