Hey here's a good look see at the Dolphin Class submarine. It's a good stealthy weapons platform and allows Israel to pack a deterrant punch if some of it's neighbors want to sneak in a sucker punch....

I don't understand why the german government decided to finance the deal, paying up to 1/3 of the money (at least according to an article from JP) when usually all other customers do not get this "red carpert" treatment.:shifty:

What I am wondering about is that even over one year ago it already was reported that the deal is perfect. If you remember, back then I complained that Israel was not asking for, but DEMANDING to be delivered these boats (talking of the 212, not the older 209)- and then I was stunned when severral newspaper said that the deal is done.
