This comes up on all browsers, whether I'm using cookies/javascript or not. It would be strange for Amazon to get hacked (a buffer overflow can nail almost anything, including their firewalls and segregated billing network) , but certainly not impossible.
At this point, I suspect a hack or some other kind of significant breech.
