Do you think this Karr suspect is the one? I've always thought it was her father that raped and killed her.

Didn't this guy confess? Some sad statement about they were both in love and he accidently killed her - also he might be linked to a few other murders.

Dont know hard to say - but im sure the parents had nothing to do with it.

I'm 100% certain that I don't know.

He confessed to it, but lots of people confess to crimes they did not do seeking attention or they're just plain nuts.

I know we're all just guessing but I've always felt that the parents were somehow involved in the death. This Karr guy is sick and should be removed from society regardless though.

And I think we'll find out soon enough if he was responsible or involved in any way.

Agreed. It was stated somewhere once that JonBenet was a chronic bed wetter. A sign of an abused child considering she was 6 years old and that is a bit old to still be wetting the bed on a chronic basis. That poor little girl! :nope:

Aerosmith sang it best...

What did her Daddy do?

Catastrophic failure of her propeller shaft.

Oh crap, wrong thread!

There are thousands of other girls, all across the world, including the States, that go missing. Every day. What made this girl different is that her parents were well-off and she was high profile in the community because her parents were pushing her to be a celebrity (aka JonBenet Spears).

I care about this case as much as I care about the rest of them. You can't kill child-molestors fast enough, even if you just ran them through an irridation plant on a conveyor belt. Rapests right alongside them, too. Cremate them and scatter the ashes at sea so all the mercury and arsenic doesn't pollute the land.

I have no doubt the parents are "guilty" of pushing their daughter for their own ambitious purposes. Had I such parents, no doubt I would have been wetting the bed, too. Other than that, I will not say just yet.

Not everyone knows unreleased details about the crime...

This guy Karr is a loony and didn't kill anyone.

The Boulder DA is grasping at straws.

I don't know it seems a bit strange.

His ex wife and Brother say he (Karr) has never been to Boulder but there is an application for a teaching job in Boulder.

I find it odd that after JonBenet went missing the cops searched the house but didn't find her. They then let her dad in and he went through the house again and found her.

There is a chance there is forensic evidence that Karr was there but as of yet we don't know. Something still stinks about the parents. Also I don't get this beauty pagent things you guys have. Adult ones OK, but kiddy ones, hm says to me one giant paedophile ring. I bet if they dug deep they'd find a fair number of those kids on the internet somewhere.

I don't THINK we have this stuff in the UK, pagents I mean but then again funny old world.

I agree. I think the whole beauty pageant thing at that age is a bit much. I sense her father might have prostituded his daughter for money, perhaps to this Karr guy? :hmm:

I don't think he needed money. He was very wealthy. According to wikipedia about $6.4 million wealthy.

Accoring to the media, Karr had been frequenting sex change clinics in Bangkok. Seems to me he is delusional, a fantasist and definitely Looney Toones.

Maybe he is the murder who now tries to play the impostor in order to evade the law. when looking at the media pics of him I get two impressions: in a psychopathological way he is "auffällig" (is to be taken note of?), and he seems to be very clever and smart. Can't tell why I think the latter, but that's my subjective impression, and it was that immediately.

Why is it that everyone involed in this case has two names? It's JonBenet. It's John Mark. Am I to believe that Colorado is some sort of netherland where the name-endowed live or congregate to discuss the finer points of child pagentry and to lay waste to our already degraded news coverage with a plethora of information about nothing? How pretentious.

I'm quite sure it was a man called Bruno Hauptmann.

Who was also the man who really shot Abraham, Martin and John.

Damn that deep powder skiing, with the swishing and the poles and the 'it disgusts me'.
