I don't even know what to say about this anymore - it seems as if muslim offence to trivial stuff will never end. At least no arrogant demands have been made yet, and there has been no PC appeasement. This kind of report depresses me though - it is not that important by itself but is a sign of the times I guess.
In case anyone is wondering, apparently a large poster of Kate Moss has been placed too close to a mosque. Since she is not dressed to conform to conservative muslim standards (to put it mildly:lol:) and is touching a shirtless guy, there is anger amongst the muslim community. I haven't heard much more about it yet though - maybe the media is just looking to create trouble in this case. I am worried anyway, considering recent freedom-of-speech vs islamic conservativism confrontations that I do not need to mention.:hmm:
The second half of the article is some crap about Kate Moss's engagement or something - it doesn't matter here.

Another Link: (Just speculation though, maybe there is really nothing to report. I hope so anyway)

Anyone have an opinion? Should the poster be removed to calm the muslim community? Or are they over reacting again? Or is the press just trying to milk readers' fear of islam with a pointless story that will never mean anything or escalate?
(BTW - I am not trying to start a flame war here. I have noticed that that happens sometimes:o)
