View Full Version : Germany was extremely lucky

Three weeks ago two gas-bombs had been found in german trains. It was not clear in what context these had to be seen, if it was terror, or an attempt to blackmail the german railway corporation. Since today it is official, it were two attempted terror strikes. Copies had been build of the bombs, and tested, containing huge gas-cylinders, by pictures I would rate these cylinders as of the 20 kg-sized type. Police says the bombs themselves would have caused immense fireballs, setting the complete train aflame, and probably strong enough in their blast to let the trains derail.

Monitoring cameras have caught the supected bomb-transporters on their way to the trains. Many hints point towards Lebanon, and that means apparently a muslim background of the intended crime.

The detail that German medias do not focus much about currently: the detonators of both bombs acutally did function, and pulled the trigger of both bombs. Only because some construction error both bombs failed to detonate despite having been activated short of entering the central stations of Koblenz and Dortmund. so, the triggers were pulled, but fortunately were broken.

If they would have function as planned, Koblenz and Dortmund today would be mentioned together with London, Madrid and New York. Regional trains in the Ruhrgebiet are crowded most times of the day. It would have been an immense masskilling if these trains would have derailed and burned out due to gas explosion.

I quote by German TV news. BBC has this story about it:

I know alot of people always wonder why if there is a God..why would he let such things go on.All I know is it is NOT God's will that we kill each other....Right on for chance, luck or God but I say RIGHT ON! for them not going off....dang dirt bags.

Right on Skybird. I choose thank God for this evil plot not coming to fruition.

Indeed. They slipped through the intelligence and security services but tripped over their own incompetence.

One of the two filmed attackers got caught today, at 4 am in Kiel, he was about getting away and leaving the country, having gotten nervous, it seems. Lebanese by nationality, age 21, name Yussuf Muhammad, student of "Mechatronik" (what the hell is that???). It is believed that there are more people behind him, but talk is of no strictly organized, but a "loose" network. He was described by co-students as calm, friendly, religious, and having had many guests and visits from the ME and North Africa, usually five visits per day, minimum. Not confirmed is the rumour that a foreign intel service helped in gatching him, also not confirmed is the rumour that his brother was killed in Lebanon.

I'm glad you all dodged that one.

"Mechatronik" (what the hell is that???)

Not sure what in means in Germany, but I think it's some kind of advanced electrician. Not up to the level of an electronics engineer, but someone who can service most parts of industrial robots and other electric machinery, and set up home automation systems. Good enough for constructing an electronic trigger I guess.

Just curious, which gas? Acetylene?

Those cylinders looked like ordinary propane gas to me, if they have not refilled them (for which the seem to have lacked technical understanding, judging by the faulty detonators that actually were activated, but did not go off).

Mechatronik: I learned meanwhile that it is a combination between the university branches of "Mechanik und Maschinenbau", and "Informatik".

Ah, a more difficult gas to use. Fire is easy enough, a big blast would have been harder. Of course, acetylene might not have been available in a suitable package for them, and refilling into a cylinder not intended for acetylene to a high pressure is very dangerous.

Now, even acetylene would not have been a truly optimal choice, but the really good stuff (as used in military FAE devices - they don't use the commonly available gases because they just aren't very good for this application) is hard to get, and hard to work with as well.

I do not know what kind of gas was included in those metal bottles. I only said that these bottles usually are used for simple propane gas.

The German BKA has built copies of the devices and tested them live. They said the explosions would have been big enough to set the trains on fire and burn them out, and probably producing a blast that would have made the trains derailing. they also said that the bombs had been build by amateurs (faulty detonators), but probably with guidance from someone in the background.

This is what the BKA said. However, there are smart media commentators and politicially ambitioned sources who said that the fact that the bombs were planned to explode some minutes before entering the stations at koblenz and Dortmund means that "the murderers obviously did wish not to kill too many people", and probably only wanted "to set a signal".

:dead:

As Einstein already indicated, human stupidity probably is unlimited in size. In times of political correctness, there is always an excuse to be found to let an attack appear more harmless in order to see peace and tolerance prevailing.

Meanwhile, both barbarians got caught, one of them in Lebanon where he hid with his family. He did not know that some time ago the BND had captured several Syrian agents in Germany and released them again for making a deal with Syria: next time they were needed, Syria would return the favour, something like this. so Syria went to Lebanon, Lebanon went to the secret service, secret service went to this bastard and told hom to give up. What he did, when being asked so kindly. It was called a voluntary surrender, and his family swore that he was innocent, and that the Germans shall treat him with justice and release him again. :dead:

What is clear now is that the strikes were planned to be conducted during the soccer world championship in summer, but then it was given up, because at that time Germany had the highest density of police and intelligence acivity in Europe, they said. The motivation for the intended mass murder were - the publishing of the Muhammad cartoons in some German newspapers, amongst which were "Die Welt". Great. Mass murder as reply to satire. At least one of mthem also was a member of a radical Islamic movement.

Later afternoon today, a commentator on radio said that one should recognize the right of religious people to defend their faith when it is under attack. Attack? Got any Muslims been stabbed on the street during those cartoon rows? The same guy was quick again to insist that the word "Islam" translates into "peace" - which is simply wrong knowledge - and that the German public now needs to react by opening itself even more to Islam, to show that it does not allow itself to get misled by attackers that somehow rightfully defended their faith - which made me ask myself why the public could be mislead then by anything if it was rightful defense.

Also today, some Muslim speaker from this region had little to say about this intended mass murder, but was strong in complaining that Germans do not try hard enough to show their tolerance for Muslimns, and that Muslims may be tempted to feel rejected and put under suspicion. Which were no good thing he said - but did not explain why. :hmm:

And by coincidence - that was designed by fate just to kill my nerves completely today - Mr. Al Quaeda told the american people today that they should convert to Islam.

Had a triple drink today, Scotch. Usually, I drink red wine, and rarely these days, a beer. Hard drinks I have once a year, at best. Then I figured how nice it would be to have all MRE that will be sent to the next natural desaster somewhere in Islam countries - be equipped with pork meat, and all other components packed in pages from the Christian bible. Which without doubt would trigger world war three.

Nothing better than having to deal with the consequences of mental handicaps :dead:

mechatronic is a mix of electric/electronic/informatics and engineering (mechanics is a part of maschinenbau).

he didnt study that, he was only doing pre acceptance test for university.

A news had become known that illustrates what sadistic perverts these two wannabe-massmurders have been:

The explosive devices had been "enriched" with cornflour (cornstarch), that was meant to create an effect during the explosion and the fire similar to that of burning oil, in case of detonation the starch would have filled the air and floated around, covering all skin like burning oil and burn itself deep int the skin, to create even greater scars and more pain for the victims even if they should happen to survive the initial explosion and the derailment of the train.

Probably an attempt to bring the hellfires from down under that are said to be the just penalty for infidels up to the the surface of the planet. But it is not some God doing this - it is stupid ape-men doing it by their own deeds. Obviously they planned to become Gods themselves.

Dogs with rabies strolling around a kindergarten simply get shot. But dogs with rabies walking on two legs instead of four we make a big show of. I wonder why.

meanwhile the lebanese Hizbollah-government demands the german navy to patrol outside the 7 mile-zone only and that the Germna navy only shall stop and search vessels if allowed and ordered by Lebanese offocials, so that all maritime smuggling from Syria can take place unhindered. since they have captured one of the two massmurderers, they probbaly try to reach some kind of a deal that saves Hezbollah's interests in exchnage for the prisoner. If it comes to that I do not want any German participation in that mission, since then it would be acomp0lete waste of tax money for a situation that under no circumstance can ever acchieve the result the mission was designed for. It's also my little contribution to general national tax incomes that would get sunk in the ocean offshore Lebanon. I hate to see even a single cent of mine getting wasted in that Quatsch.

Have you seen the book announcement for "The Losing Battle with Islam" (http://www.jihadwatch.org/archives/013041.php)?

Lately, all of the related news has been very depressing and so much of it self-inflicted.

Here's my moronic President (http://www.jihadwatch.org/archives/013052.php) in today's example. :damn:

Yes, very depressing. But my fellow Europeans are behaving so stupidly and irrational that I increasingly wonder if they are even worth to be dfeended or that one is willing to stand up for their way of life. Looking at Europe more and more reminds me of the ape-house in the Münsteraner Zoo. I say myself that we are loosing against Islam, that's why I argue for increasingly harsh and ruthless actions - all developements have an inner dynamic and a momentum that prevents them to stop at the push of a button, so we simply have no more time to waste with half-hearted attempts and well-meaning alone. I also see that slowly, too slowly, public opinions are shifting, or articulate themselves louder than before, against Islam and pro-Islamic policy-making (at the samt ime everybody insisting that any modiofications shall not be at the cost of his lifestyle, of course) - by that creating a climate in which (not only in Germany) new "Führer" could appear by making the wanted promises. While I would support everybody who recognizes Islam as the unfoprgiving enemy that it is, and draws consequences from that even if they affect our lifestyles massively, I do not want to get a new Hitler.

Think I have no home in this world anymore (if I ever had). Talking of sitting between all chairs. That is comfortable. Since no one demands that place for himself, it is not crowded and I have plenty of space for myself. At the cost of growing isolation. :(
