Jan 1940 I entered NY harbour the weather raining with heavy fog.
Although NY is still neutral in 1940 I know that there are at least 3 enemy ships in there.
My question is although I couldn't see the ships due to the fog,I knew roughly the locations of the ships Ii fired my seck gun on the tanker there but 3 shells missed and hit land installations, the other shells hit the ship and sank her. but as soon as I fired my stealth meter went redder than a beetroot.so I dived. to be on the safe side.
Now does the came constitute that hitting a land target is the same as hitting a ship of that country and all neutral ships ie US will fire upon you? or does it apply to ships only?
