Lets assume you are in position ready to sink a convoy. Is the torpedo solution for one ship of the convoy the same for all of the ships in the same convoy(of course they share course and speed)?. If yes then you just aim and fire to each ship without recalculating anything??
Yes, they share same speed and course, but not the range, bearing or AoB (angle of Bow), you have to adjust those. If you target the ships in the same line, then the range is more or less the same, assuming you are in perfect shooting position.
If you set up in the so called "fast 90 targeting" that Wazoo teaches you can easily change targets by only finding range. Your AOB will be updated constantly once you have it set properly and are set at a perfect perpendicular course to the target. Since they all go on the same course you ca change between them all and only adjust the range so as to hit them. But thats only if you are on a perpendicular course to the target (ie. exactly 90 off their course).

What if im not at 90 off their course, but i dont change my course after hitting the first ship of the convoy? The AOB (for instance 70 or 100) i have already calculated for one ship of the convoy (for my current course) is automatically updated for all the ships in the convoy(they share same course and speed, only the range must be reapllied) . Am I right?
I set up my TDC to what the AOB, bearing and range will be when I shoot. Usually I will calc a 0 bearing with a 90 AOB and whatever range I think I will be in when I shoot. I make sure my periscope reading matches my O bearing. I then find that the TDC has these settings locked in and will self adjust if I follow the target ship with my periscope ie; the bearing and the AOB change as I rotate the periscope. So my answer will be that yes, the TDC should let you just point and shoot after you've got the shot set-up at different ships travelling in the same direction and speed. Although large gyro angles affect accuracy and that ships not on the same row will have slightly different AOB (due to range affects.
Haven't really tried it in reality as I'm new and earlt in the game.
Good hunting

Basically yes. However if you have the time to line up to attack a convoy and plan on hitting multiple targets usually its worth it to do the work to get to 90 degrees mainly because that is the best attack angle. It gives you the most flexibility in firing your torpedoes (ie 40 degrees port or starboard). But in a pinch you could do it from any angle. The only problem is your torpedoes might not hit the target at the right angle (glance off) or could possibly miss cause you're shooting at a narrower target.
Do what works but for me I think that taking the time with a juicy convoy to reach optimal firing position is worth it.
