Has anyone dealt with this company before? I just bought this Clix from them yesterday, but today I am reading about major long lead times and everything. Any comments would be appreciated since I'll go buy it from Newegg or something instead if they are bad.

OK, my order is listed as 'on hold' and no one has told me why. I assume it is because I am shipping to my office instead of my home, but still!!! Let me know whats up at least!
