Should I donate and download for PA, or better wait for Sh4?? In resume it worth the reinstallation of SH2??

P.S. If I download the mod, it have all included or I need to download 3rd party patches??

It's worth it. SH4 won't be out any time soon (2006). The mod includes everything you need to start subbing in the Pacific.
