that is absolutely ridiculous...How can something like this stand? Can the verdict of an "Employment Tribunal" be appealed or overturned by a higher court? I have no clue how the brit legal system works, are these employment tribunals made up of Judges or some lesser officials?

The EU is enforcing an anti-discrimination-law, which easily will top this madness. It could mean in Germany, that when one of the appartements in the house my parents own becomes free and we seek new people to live there, and the first coming and showing interest is a foreigner, and we say we do not want him (for example because we do not trust him, we do not think he can pay for it, or we do not like him and think it will be trohble with him), then he can go to court, file a case of racism aginst us, and can demand to be given the appartment by ruling of the court. Practically, this is expropriation, with the goal to enforce priority for obedience concerning immigration policies of Brussel. At the same time, a native German that we refuse to accept cannot go to court. The native resident has lesser "rights" than the foreigner. Such thoughts cause violent feelings in me. Sounds to me that they are making policy based on fear, so they are accomidating the foreigner in the efforts that he won't hurt a country that he likes.

That's a very generic definition of racism.

I know there's very few people in Malta, every phone number has mere 3 digits, but what I didn't knew is that they all belonged to the Maltese race, and that such a race was intrinsic to the Maltese nationality.

I have two passports. I suppose if I said that I don't like foreigners, I should denounce myself to court, prosecute myself, defend myself, and then pay a fine to myself plus become more aware of myself, sitting in a small room full of mirrors should do it to avoid further discriMEnation. It seems that if we are to have national identities merged with the fraudulent concept of race, we need to make sure to shut our eyes during the world-cup, or wasn't the last one filled with this sort of racism? The whole championship is racist! Most people cheer for their home team, believing them to be the best, the only team to deserve victory, wishing all others to loose!

Whenever I think that primitivity holds no longer surprises for me, I stumble over something that teaches me for the better. Just came across this story.And really, since there is so much such mindf#####g going on constantly, I even cannot laugh about such B$ anylonger. These things are done for real and people consider them to be serious - "an so einer Menscheit kann man doch nur verzweifeln...!!!":

JAIL bosses are rebuilding toilets so Muslim inmates don’t have to use them while facing Mecca.
Thousands of pounds of taxpayers money are being spent to ensure lags are not offended.
The Islamic religion prohibits Muslims from facing or turning their backs on the Kiblah — the direction of prayer — when they visit the lav.
Muslim lags claimed they have had to sit sideways on prison WCs.
But after pressure from faith leaders the Home Office has agreed to turn the existing toilets 90 degrees at HMP Brixton in London.
The Home Office refused to reveal the cost of the new facilities — part of an “on-going refurbishment”.
One Muslim former inmate said: “The least the Prison Service can do is make sure people can practise their religion correctly in prison.”
But a Brixton jail officer said: “If they didn’t get locked up for committing crime they would not have this problem. Yet we have to sort out their loos. If we weren’t paying for it as taxpayers I’d laugh my socks off.”
Around a quarter of prisoners at the Category B jail are Muslims.
Labour MP Khalid Mahmood said: “As far as I understand this rule only applies in a place of worship.”
Tory MP Ann Widdecombe said: “Some common sense needs to be applied.”

I heard about it last April when the British press reported that Brixton Prison near London is rebuilding toilets (http://www.brusselsjournal.com/node/1003) so Muslim inmates can defecate in the right direction. First I thought it was a joke. This week, however, the BBC website has a story on a housing estate (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/england/manchester/5213588.stm) in North England. The homes, with wind turbines and solar panels on the roofs, have up to seven bedrooms, kitchens that comply with halal cuisine and “bathrooms that face away from Mecca.”
The estate, developed by Manchester Methodist Housing Association (http://www.mmhg.org.uk/About/About.htm), has been built exclusively for Muslims because, as one of the residents says, “We’re all Muslims here so yes, it is important [to live exclusively among Muslims]. For myself I’m not really too bothered but to a lot of the Muslim people, yes it is important to them and yes it is a very good idea.”
Try to imagine what would happen if a housing company in contemporary Europe were to develop a project exclusively for non-Muslims. Undoubtedly there would be an outcry, while anyone in contemporary Britain who would dare to state (even in a private conversation) that “to a lot of non-Muslims people, yes it is important not to live among Muslims and yes it is a very good idea” might find themselves convicted in court for racism (http://www.brusselsjournal.com/node/1222).
Meanwhile, one wonders how easily a non-Muslim British family would find an affordable seven-bedroom home. It is sometimes said that the birth rate in Muslim families will drop, too, when immigrant families become affluent and secularized. Manchester Methodist Housing Association, however, clearly does not think this will happen soon, otherwise it would not be building state-of-the-art houses for large families with bathrooms for Islamists.

My solution is easier. Create loos of that size that you can flush users with too primitive a mindset down the toilet. That way they could not offend human reason and intellect any longer. :dead:
