Private Messages

I just saw that it is possible to disable Private Messaging. I needed to contact a member, but couldn´t ("xxx has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.") That´s not good!!! :) Please remove that option and also reset it back to "on" for all users. Thanks! :sunny:
