Yeah, this law makes a lot of sense:

We are informed that in Africa today, north of the "Mason-Dixon Line," a professional hunter is required to pack a rifle at all times. (He is not, however, required to pack any ammunition.) This is the "new Africa."

And here it is were I again must stress the advantage of a bow - for you can make the arrows by the branches of the trees. :D They should change that law, that professional huntesr are required not to carry rifles, but bows, and always have a package of seeds in their Rucksacks.
