Squared off against each other tanko a tanko the Tiger would win every time of course, but if the Croc could sneak up (sneak in a tank?) on the Tiger close enough to give it a good blast of long blast of napalm into the engine louvers, well, maybe...
But I don't believe thats a picture of the crocodile version of the Churchill tank.
I got a bigger Tiger than yours Oberon. :p

I gotta admit, I was a bit suspicious when I saw that pic, but I've only ever seen one pic of the Croc and that was a long time ago...
*rummages around Google again*
There we go, found it...consider above pic altered ;)

But yours looks all done in. :D

I might be wrong.

Aaah yes, the Koenigstiger, managed to beat four Churchills by itself in a game of Sudden Strike II, I was playing...then the AI glitched and it went to sleep while one of my immobilised Matildas slowly finished it off with its tiny gun.
But I have something that could probably take on your tiger and survive (probably)

Good luck with taking on the tiger! Ever played Panzer Elite? Ever tried playing the US side? When that 88 starts in from a couple miles away, and there is 'nothing' you can do about it in your platoon of Shermans, and your Shermans start dropping like flies as you desperately search for cover, and you will learn to hate the Tiger with a passion! This picture you have here only has a short range gun on it and almost no protection. Your only hope - sit in a canyon with an overhang, and make sure your tiger has to do at least a 90 degree turn at short range from you, and just maybe you might kill it with the only shot you will ever get to take!

His is a King Tiger. Rare, and a Juggernaut, even by todays standards. But its slow!

Funny you should mention this. I just finished reading a book on the battle of Kursk that mentioned how vulnerable these behemoths were to infantry attack because of the lack of mounted machineguns to fend them off.
True.
If I had to go up against the Koenigs, I'd prefer to go in this:

Might just last a few seconds longer!
BTW, looking for this pic I just found this (http://www.brickmania.com/store_pages/WW2kits.html).
Looks cool

Only the Tiger Ausf E. was round at that time of the war, the battle of Kursk was the greatest tank battle of WW2.
What was the title of the book you were reading August?
Actually, come to think of it...if I was up against a Koenigstiger, I'd rather be in this:

The Tigers are Burning by Martin Caidin.
You're right. Checking back the author was talking about some of the first Tigers made by Porsche:
"But because there were no machine guns on the (Porsche) Tigers, the deadly German tanks that had shattered the Soviet armor and defensive positions were revealed to be utterly naked to attack by Russian foot soldiers."
The Tigers are Burning by Martin Caidin.
Sounds interesting I shall keep an eye out for that one, here's three I read
CITADEL The Battle of Kursk by Robin Cross
The Battle of Kursk by Glantz & House
The Battle for Kursk 1943 The Soviet General Staff Study Translated By Glantz & Orenstein

Actually, we just produced 20 Shermans per one of their Tigers. The Tiger couldn't shoot fast enough.
I feel it was a disproportionate response on our part.
