Empty harbors

I'm running rub 1.4 w/ cmndr 2.6(I think) and harbor traffic mod. Late 1939 and have visted harbors on the west side of britian to find them all empty! Then I even tried scapa to find it ....empty!:down: My guess is that while the mod enabler says the HT mod is enabled I don't think it is. Any help or suggestions?

This will be my last partol in the type II: tryin to get enough reknown for the VII and the crew to man her!

Do you get the escort ship to guide you out of the harbor. If not, then you might installed / unzipped it wrong. Make sure your file structure in the mods folder is the following:

/SH3/Mods/<mod title>/data/...

The Harbour Traffic Mod mostly adds new ships to friendly harbors. The 1.4b patch was supposed to add ships to enemy harbors, but there were complaints at the time about there not being enough.

I think GW and NYGM add a lot more enemy ships, but I'm not sure. RUB is pretty old now.

no ships @ enemy ports?

Get GW, there are tons, and SH3 GEN helps alot... I have been killing anchored BBs literally every partol.

Just watch out for the mine fields and the sub nets, oh and the patrol craft.

Well, y'all talked me into making the gw plunge last night. I've been reluctant because I was confused by there being several files and I wasn't sure what order they went in, etc. So I checked the mod forum last night and found nice easy intructions. Rolled back commander, unenabled the mods, uninstalled sh3 and then reinstalled. To my suprise I did not have to re-enter the key code. Anyways by the time I did all that it was getting too late to play. I did run the game and checked out the harbor with the band and the kiel canal real quick and I was impressed:lol: . My machine seem to be a little sluggish though, 512 Ram; might be time for an upgrade!
