Movie Capture/Print Scrn ?

Hello,

Does anybody know of a easy to use "Freeware Software Capture Program", so if I'm watching "Das Boot" on my PC all i have to do is hit the Print Scrn button save it/open it/ adjust it and so on, or something similar to that?:hmm:

I use 'SnagIt' version 8, its not free tho but worth purchasing. There might be a demo version on there site. www.techsmith.com

Edit: Any DVD software has its own screen capture by right clicking to a menu you should be able to capture screen shots of your movie or enable a quick key

I also use the programs on that web-page:).I usually used SnagIt too because camtasia cost 300$ for God's sake!I also recommend it to you.
