Saved Campaign Loading Screen

I have a small problem. I went online yesterday,UBI,and tried a multiplayer game. When the game started it had a different loading screen which was OK. However,now when I load my saved campaign I get this same loading screen which as over written my old screen and which I don't particularly care for. I found my original loading screen(tga) but can not find the menu etc. which calls for this other screen(tga) so I can change it back. Any and all assistance to help me correct this problem will be most appreciated. Thanks.
