:D Well my DVD reader As far as I can tell has stopped working. I had not been running SH3 for a long time. DVD reader is approx 15 months old.
When to run SH3 a few days ago and would not read the Disk. Any more
SO I removed SH3 and all the folders and stuff ran a reg cleaner I think
I got it all uninstalled. I have Dangerous Waters installed and have been flying in Virual Airline DC-3 Airways flying DC-3 that should keep me busy
I am age 69 :D I would like to remove the Star Force Drivers but I guess
you have to get permission from S.F. to get the removal Program.
Some time I may Install SH2 and the Pacific Aces mod Just for old time sake. :D Started with SH1 when It was a new sim.
I know DVD readers are cheap but i don't have the extra money to buy a cheap one.

Well, I´m pretty sure that one of our members has an unused DVD reader somewhere that he or she can send you for free.

What about cleaning the DVD reader For God sakes :lol:
you know Dust and filth can make things dificult to read for the laser.
and what about beeing a little naughty and use an CD/DVD image of SH3 or an No CD/DVD fix.

I used it because my little Bro and Sister like to use on of my Games for their own PC and I have seen them treating my precious bought games....So I hide them in a Box somewhere and used CD/DVD images or if it doesnt works that way an No CD/DVD fix...Only my Online games are untouched but still my Games are Hided so they are not going to look like on of my games

Sorry for the language...but that was so hard to see when I took out the CD .... my Bro and sis created an nice big Crack from the inside to the readable section of the CD....:damn: :x the cd became unreadable to install...so from that day on I only used my CD/DVD's for Online games that required untouched exe files. SH3 currently runs on Image coz the pic .... is the SH3 DVD!!! lucky I got the game fully Imaged(before my Bro took it, I mostly create images of my new bought games, just for back-up) so I have an replacement so I can reinstall the game.

i use a nocd/dvd fix im keeping my dvd scratchfree

if you want to get a nocd/dvd just get it u know u paid for the game u know u support ubi so jus get a crack much better then paying 50$ for new sh3 i had to buy it twice then i just said screw it and i got a noc/dvd fix and now my sh3 dvd is sitting in its box in my room on top of the pile of all my other games with the scratchless dvd inside .
