Come on, lads, we're counting on you :yep:
If the last match is anything to go by, we're counting on Trinidad ;)
Any which road, come on England!
here's a touch of irony--the England team were billetted for this match in a hotel right next to where ALL the England fans have been drinking partying all night--so it is perfectly possible that we will have a team that simply put didn't get anything like a good nights sleep because the FANS--(there's the irony) would rather get drunk and make lots of noise than their team get a good night sleep before a game--
all a bit mad lol...
England are a mood team---if their in the mood their unstoppable--if their not Trinidad and Tobago --will beat them it's that simple--

The traffic appeared much heavier early this morning on the way to work. I can only guess that some Engalnd fans decided on starting work early so they could leave for home earlier than say a half 5 finnish which is the norm over here. Oh and I tip England to win 3-0.

It is holiday in Germany today, so British living here will be happy. their team needs to improve, though, if it wants to have a say in this tournament. Lots of cars in my neighbourhood with both German and English flags on the roofs (several streets with British soldier families two hundred meters to the north). I also received an invitation, but I leave now for a different party that was marked earlier.

It will be interesting to see how much game time Rooney gets in this match. I would expect Sven to start England in a 4-4-2 formation.
I don't think it's fair that England have to play against two teams at the same time. ;)
can we take the England team of completely and replace them with say..S****horpe United??!
:damn:    :nope: :arrgh!: :|\\ ;) :p :-? :hmm:
yay go s****horpe--does my 'ead in..

2:0 job done, group won.
stunning strike by gerrard.
Yup--last ten minutes they got the calculators out.. realised that not winning this match could mean that we did not qualify and all of a sudden the last ten minutes was as important as the entire competition it self...some one should have told them this BEFORE the match --lol... never mind...the usual roller coaster ride of emotion..can't knock it really!!:sunny:

T&T were even more defensive than Norway. They played an 9-0-1 formation. We play 8-1-1:lol:
England need to improve a lot, but in football everything can happen. Lennon gave them more options on the right wing.

What can you do, with such a small population 1.03 million against mighty Albion?
Look what crouch did.

yup--definitely a foul--i saw that one as well:hmm: --it's a nightmare sometimes but i guess it's part of the game--right from the "hand of God" goal to anything else you can mention---down to the randomness of the refs decisions---
Yeah, the referee is just human, can't see everything.
England will get knocked out in the semi/quarter final because a headed goal by Sol Campbell is disallowed..(going on to lose in the penalty shoot-out).this is traditional these days.. i'm still waiting for the Ref to randomly allow this goal--as it appears to happen every world cup that Sol plays in--and he's here again--great player...lousy luck
