Save Failed sending out an SOS

Im in my 4th patrol and everytime I try to save now it says Save Failed, and it wont save.

I even tried loading my previous patrol and it did but still when I go to save it says save failed:damn: . I dont understand why. Am I going to have to start a new career? And what causes this?

Please, I would like to know why I cant save and if theres anything I can do? I really dont want to start over, and if I do will the save failed keep happening?

Maybe your harddisk is full.

Hmmm, How do I check that?

Open Windows Explorer, right-click drive C, left-click Properties, there you see the amount of free space.

Don´t delete an old save of your current campaign, SH3 will then also delete the newer ones. It´s better to delete an old campaign.

Failing that, are you logged in under the Administrator account, or at least the account that you were logged in under when you installed SH3?
