I just lost a career, died in scapa flow.


On my new career, Im going right back. Because the spoilers in the wiki says that there is an Auxillery Cruiser docked in scapa from Sept 15-Oct 10th.

I hope its right, becasue thats a long trip for a type IIA. And I'll have to risk my neck sneaking by the destroyers. I figure the first patrol is the best time to try this, because if I die its no big loss, just start over, and if i suceed it will be a great start.

Already sank a C2 and Trawler on the way, waiting a couple days to eneter the port for it to be spet 15th:arrgh!:

Well it turns out, Im gonna have to scrap scapa, I used all my fish on juicy c2's before I got there.

Stupid type II with its 5 torps. But I like using the 1st flotilla and upgrading to a type VII, all those fish with short patrol routes:rock:

Make your visit between Oct 4th and the 15th and you will find a Revenge Class BB there as well. I have started careers in Oct (using SH3 Commander) specifically so I can run to Scapa and get the double bag. I tried not to memorize the spoilers but that one stck with me and it is too hard to pass up 2 Capitol ships to start a career :D

Using a type IIA or type VII?

That is using the IIA, you can make it in time to catch them both with enough fuel to spare to get home.

If you have used SH3 Commander to start in Oct to do this, also be sure to set your patrol area to AN16 so the kill area counts toward your patrol as well.
