One question, and one observation.
First, I've read of other people here somehow calling in Luftwaffe against merchants. Not that I put much faith in Herr Göhring's boys finishing the job I couldn't, but when I run out of torpedoes and am on the way home and spot a lone merchant, boy would I love to see someone (even if it's not me) dig their hooks in. I've tried to send contact reports, but that only seems to work for convoys. And not always then. I've tried to send contact reports for convoys I'm shadowing where I can see half a dozen merchants and a couple escorts but it still won't send for some reason. But anyway, how do you call in air power against a lone merchant?
And now the observation. Has anyone noticed when submerged the radioman has an option called "weather report"? Of course, it's grayed out (since you're submerged) and once you surface it switches to "patrol report". Is this a feature that got left behind, or some typo or something that never got cleaned up? Anyone know?
