Which online photo album providers are best?

I know there is the google one and a couple of others but I am looking for one which is easy to upload and categorise pictures with, a decent amount of space and also has security so I can dictate who can and can't access pictures. Don't worry no porn. I am wanting to put pictures up of my family especially Max as he grows so my in-laws can see him. It would be easier than e-mailing the pictures all the time.

PS. With Picasa are there any spyware/security issues or is that googlewatch scaremongering?

I myself have been using Photobucket but I haven't really explored most of it's features. So far though I have found it trouble free and easy to use.

You can on photo bucket mine has been made off limits to everyone who doesnt have a password also
