Too few allied air attacks

Hi folks,

I'm in my 19th patrol (June, 1942) and so far,
I've been air attacked only four times.

1st by single hurri, 2nd by 3 hurri, 3rd and 4th by
single catal at night.

Is this normal or something wrong?

I'm playing GW1.0 and usually on 256TC.

If you're using high Time Compression (1024 or higher) it reduces the chance of air attacks.
