View Full Version : Do you own Lem, Huxley, Blofeld or Eckehart in English?

By curious circumstances I allowed myself getting talked into translating an older piece of written work by me into English, and in that text I gave many quotes in text boxes, amongst which are several excerpts from the preachings of Meister Eckehard, and the novel "Solaris" by Stanislav Lem.

While the short film quotations I can find on my DVDs myself and switch language, and while I gave several quotes of less artistic meaning that I can freely translate myself, I do not own Stanislaw Lem's "Solaris", Aldous Huyley's "Island", John Blofeld or Meister Eckehart, and do not want to buy the books for that minor excerpts only. Does anyone own these books, so if I would give him the exact position of maybe around half a dozen paragraphs and their content, he would be willing to scan them (or handwrite them, if they are short) in the English version and send the texts to me? We are talking about maybe one page from "Solaris", and 5 or 6 paragraphs from Eckehart's tractats and preachings.

And does anyone eventually own the English version of John Blofeld's translation of the Chun-Chou- and the Wang-Lin-transcripts of the teachings by Huang Po? :)
